Vulcanization Molding

High-quality rubber parts manufactured with precision vulcanization technology for demanding applications

What is Vulcanization Molding?

Vulcanization molding is a proven manufacturing process that transforms raw rubber compounds into durable, elastic, and heat-resistant finished products through controlled heat and pressure with the addition of sulfur or other curatives.

Key Advantages

  • Excellent mechanical properties
  • Superior heat & chemical resistance
  • Long service life
  • Consistent quality & tight tolerances
  • Wide range of hardness (Shore A 30–95)

Common Applications

  • Automotive sealing systems
  • Industrial gaskets & O-rings
  • Electrical insulation components
  • Medical & food-grade rubber parts
  • Anti-vibration mounts & dampers
  • High-pressure hydraulic seals

How to Start a Rubber / LSR Project with Us

1. Send us your files or sample

Provide your 3D file (STEP/IGES/PARASOLID), 2D drawing (PDF/DWG), or physical sample

2. Quotation

We provide detailed mold cost + unit price within 2–5 working days

3. Mold deposit & tool making

Pay 50% mold deposit → mold building (typical lead time 20–45 days)

4. First samples (T1) & approval

Receive T1 samples → review & approve → pay remaining 50% mold fee + cost of first batch

5. Mass production

Pay 50% production deposit → production starts immediately → typical lead time 7–20 days → pay remaining 50% → shipment
